Violet Cottage in Kelling offers charming self catering accommodation, based in a lovely area of Norfolk. Nestled in a gorgeous countryside setting, we are the perfect place to escape from the pressures of modern life.

Our lovely cottage forms part of The Old Dairy and now offers modern accommodation whilst retaining its original features. The cottage sleeps up to 4 people and is tastefully furnished throughout.

Downstairs there is a light and airy sitting room with bi-fold doors that enjoys views of the cottage garden. Facilities included a smart HD TV, DVD player and Bluetooth speaker. You can also unwind in the snug that comes with comfy seating, a smart TV, Freesat and a DVD player.

A well-equipped kitchen/diner will suit all your needs. Appliances include a dishwasher, Everhot stove, food processor, fridge and separate freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, slower cook and washing machine. The dining table seats 4.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin. Both rooms share a bathroom with a shower over bath. There is an additional downstairs WC with shower.

Outside there is a small south-facing, dog-secure cottage garden with a patio table and chairs for al fresco dining in the afternoon sun.

Only a 5-minute drive away is the delightful Norfolk market of Holt, whilst Salthouse and Weybourne are only a few minute's drive away. You can also visit Sheringham, Cromer, Wells-next-the-Sea and Blakeney. Excellent attractions to visit include:
