At the rear of the cottage is a well-equipped kitchen with a range of excellent appliances. The ground floor also has a modern shower room.

Upstairs there is a mezzanine bedroom with a king bed, reading lights and beside tables. All bed linen and towels are included.

The rear garden leads down to the water and the front offers marina views.
