Willows Camp Site near Scole is a charming family-run campsite. Based near Diss in a peaceful setting near Norfolk, we are the perfect place to escape from the hustle and bustle of modern life.
Our small touring park is surrounded by trees and open coulisse, nestled on the banks of the River Waveney. We enjoy fishing rights over 300 yards of river bank and during the season fishing is included in the price.
Onsite we have a children’s play area with swings and a see-away. In the centre of the field, there is an all-weather tennis table and badminton net.
We have a shower and toilet block, plus a dishwashing area. A small laundry comes with sinks and spin dryer, an ironing board and iron.
Facilities include calor gas, ice packs, tourist leaflets and a small collection of books.
Only 300 meters from us is the village of Scole, home to two 17th Century inns which serve food. There is also a small shop which is open until 8 pm 6 days a week and until 5 pm on Sundays. Just 2 miles from us is the historic town of Diss and its famous 6-acre lake. Attractions to visit include:
Bressingham Steam Museum.
Diss Museum.
Framlingham Castle.
Banham Zoo.
Mid-Suffolk Light Railway.
