Wroxham Holidays provides delightful self catering accommodation in Wroxham, based in an idyllic riverside setting. Our 2 cottages in Norfolk offer secure private parking, a private 45ft x 12ft mooring and fishing rights along 100 metres of river and marina.

We have 2 cottages nestled on the banks of the River Bure, Wherry Cottage and Albion Cottage. The cottages are well-equipped with a range of facilities and boast river views. You can hire a day boat and fishing is available right on our doorstep. Thermostatic electric radiators in all rooms. All electric, towels and bed linen included, and beds made up for your arrival. Brand new carpets to bedrooms and stairs for 2024 season

Wherry Cottage

This cottage has full height ceilings in all rooms and comes with a living room including seating, a sofa bed and a 32’’ Freeview TV/DVD player. The refurbished kitchen is well-equipped and includes a new stainless steel electric oven, grill and ceramic glass hob. Unwind in the living room that has seating, a sofa-bed and a 32’’ Freeview TV/DVD player.

We have 2 bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin, with both including Freeview TV/DVD players. The bedrooms share a bathroom with a full-size bath with an electric shower over.

Outside in the garden, there is a picnic table and BBQ. The south-east facing terrace is perfect for relaxing on whilst admiring the setting.

Albion Cottage

Our cottage comes with a newly refurbished kitchen that includes a new stainless steel electric oven, grill and ceramic glass hob. The living room offers a great spot to relax after a day sightseeing. There is seating and a 32’’ Freeview TV/DVD player.

In total, there are 2 bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin, both with Freeview TV/DVD players. The bedrooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower cubicle.

Outside we have a garden with a picnic table and BBQ and a south-east-facing private terrace, including a wind-out canopy for when the sun is out.

We are in the perfect location for discovering all that the local area has to offer. In Wroxham, there is a large department store, restaurants and pubs. Take a trip on the Bure Valley steam railway or visit Holkham Hall. Attractions to visit include:
