Stone House Farm is a traditional brick-and-flint cottage full of character and original features, set beside a secluded willow-fringed lake within the peaceful grounds of Utopia Paradise Caravan Park in the village of Lyng.

This adults-only, pet-friendly holiday home offers a welcoming and comfortable base with free Wi-Fi throughout. Inside, guests will find three bedrooms and several inviting reception spaces, including a cosy lounge with a TV and DVD/CD player and a separate reading room for quieter moments. The bathroom includes a bath with an overhead electric shower and the self-catering kitchen is well equipped with an electric and gas range cooker, fridge-freezer, washing machine and all the essentials needed for a relaxed stay. A dedicated dining room makes mealtimes easy and enjoyable.

The cottage sleeps five across a double room, twin room and single room and comes fully inclusive of central heating, electricity, bed linen and towels. Guests also have access to an enclosed private garden and off-road parking for two or more cars. Recycling facilities are provided as part of the site’s green ethos.

Lyng is located just 13 miles from the historic cathedral city of Norwich, where visitors can explore museums, medieval streets, cinemas and a wide choice of restaurants. Stone House Farm also offers an excellent location for day trips to the North Norfolk coastline and the Norfolk Broads. Within a five-minute walk of the cottage, guests will find a bar and restaurant, riding stables, tennis courts, a nature reserve, bowls, a garage, a shop and a tea room, making it easy to enjoy local amenities without travelling far.
