Folkards Farm Cottages offers delightful self catering accommodation 2 miles from the market town of Reepham. Our two cottages in Norfolk are only 10 miles from the cathedral city of Norwich and 30 minutes from gorgeous beaches.

Our two cottages each sleep 4 people and come with open plan living areas. The cottages have dual-aspect patios to relax on whilst savouring the countryside setting. Each cottage has underfloor heating and outside there is a hot tub to soak yourself in. Onsite we have a tennis court and a fully equipped games room with a full-size snooker table, table tennis, darts, table football and a retro games console. We provide a lovely welcome hamper.

Partridge Lodge

Our single-storey barn conversion comes with a lounge area with comfy seating, a flat-screen TV with Freeview, a DVD player, a small book bookcase and a DAB radio with Bluetooth. The well-equipped kitchen comes with a built-in low-level electric oven and hob, microwave, integrated dishwasher and undercounter fridge with ice box. The games room houses a freezer. The dining area has an extendable table.

Bedrooms include a master king room with a TV and a twin room. Both rooms share a bathroom with a shower cubicle with drench head and handheld shower.

Outside there is a secure back garden with fencing and a decking space with outdoor rattan furniture and a charcoal BBQ.

Pheasant Lodge

This single level barn conversion has an open plan living area with some original beams. The well-equipped kitchen comes with a built-in low-level electric oven and hob, microwave, integrated dishwasher and undercounter fridge with ice box. The games room houses a freezer.

The dining area has an extendable table. We have a lounge area with comfy seating, a flat-screen TV with Freeview, a DVD player, a small book bookcase and a DAB radio with Bluetooth.

Bedrooms include a master double room with a TV and patio doors and a twin room. Both rooms share a bathroom with a shower cubicle with drench head and handheld shower.
