April Cottage offers charming self catering accommodation in Wells-Next-The-Sea. Our cottage in Norfolk is only 5 minutes from the Quay and near to all the local amenities, perfect for a memorable seaside retreat.

Our cottage retains its original character whilst offering modern facilities. The cottage has a small hallway to hang coats and store your shoes. Off the hall is a cloakroom with a WC.

The light-filled living room has a dining area and lounge. There is cream furniture, a TV, comfy seating and a gas flame effect fire. The well-equipped kitchen comes with a range of appliances including a double electric oven and hob, microbe, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and Bose radio. Tea, coffee and a few extras are provided.

Bedrooms include a king-sized double bedroom which offers views over Chapel Yard. There is a light-filled twin room and a small single room which offers views of the courtyard. Hair dryers are provided and a travel cot is available if required. The bedroom has a bathroom with a spacious walk-in overhead shower and bath.

Outside we have a secure courtyard with garden furniture for al fresco dining.

Many lovely walks are near us, including Holcombe parkland, Pinewoods and beach walks. In Wells-next-the-Sea there are shops and restaurants to enjoy. Visit Holkham National Nature Reserve or visit one of the nearby towns and villages. Attractions to visit include:

Walsingham Abbey.

Pensthorpe.
