Riverside Holidays is the leading provider of self-catering accommodations along the scenic Norfolk Broads. Our inviting riverside holidays offer a tranquil retreat from the daily grind, perfect for a relaxing getaway.

Located primarily in Potter Heigham, which is often considered the hub of the Norfolk Broads, our self-catering properties cater to groups ranging from 2 to 6 guests. Each of our holiday homes boasts prime river frontage, ideal for fishing enthusiasts (remember to bring your rod licence!), though it's important to note that fishing is closed from March 15th to June 15th.

Amenities included in our accommodation:

- Linen provided, so there's no need to bring your own.

- Colour television.

- Electric heating.

- Fully equipped kitchen, living area, and bathroom or shower room.

- Day boats available for hire, which can be moored right at your bungalow.

- Pets are welcome at many properties, with a small fee of £20 per pet per week. Please enquire.

Our standard rental period runs from 4 PM on Saturday to 10 AM the following Saturday, but we are flexible and can often make special arrangements, particularly around Easter. We also offer long weekend stays and short breaks during certain times of the year.

Please note that for most properties, parking is available at a nearby 'Pay & Display' near Potter Heigham Bridge, and access to the properties is primarily by footpath or boat. A river taxi service is available throughout the summer months.

Riverside Holidays is your go-to choice for unforgettable fishing holidays on the Norfolk Broads. Enjoy complimentary fishing from any of our properties with a valid fishing licence (obtainable at the Post Office). The fishing season here runs from June 16th to March 15th.
