Little Barn dates back to the 17th century, originally built by a London lawyer escaping the Great Plague. Situated down a quiet country lane and surrounded by rolling fields, Little Barn offers easy access to all the attractions of beautiful and historic North Norfolk.

It features a double room and a twin room, with the capacity to accommodate four people plus a baby or toddler. The lounge, with its exposed original beams and wood-burning stove, offers a cosy atmosphere, while French doors open onto a large, well-kept garden. The front entrance leads into the dining area, which flows into a nicely sized, well-equipped kitchen. The bathroom includes a bath with a shower overhead. All rooms, except the twin bedroom, are on the ground floor.

There is oil-fired central heating, a cooker with an extractor, a microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge. Entertainment options include a television with Freeview, a DVD player with a selection of films, a hi-fi system with a collection of CDs and Wi-Fi. For families with young children, travel cots, a booster seat/high chair and stair gates are available. Additionally, a washing machine and dryer are located in the outhouse.

At the back of the property, there is a small, secure garden that leads through a gate to the larger garden at Brae Cottage, which guests are welcome to enjoy. A table, parasol, and chairs are provided for your convenience. The garden is a haven for birdwatchers, with 28 species of birds having been spotted.

Well behaved dogs are welcome. Linen and towels are provided, and there is ample parking available. Logs supplied. We also have an EV Charging Point.
