Beach House Mundesley is a substantial detached Victorian house overlooking the sea on the coast road in Mundesley, North Norfolk, just five minutes from the village centre.

The open-plan ground floor includes a large kitchen/diner and a spacious sitting room, both with sea views. The kitchen is equipped with two fridges, a small freezer, a range cooker, two dishwashers and an original Victorian range. The kitchen table seats 14 to 16 people and the space includes a sofa, TV (Sky & Netflix) and a Playstation 3. The sitting room features two fireplaces (one real, one electric), sofas, chairs, a 42-inch flat-screen TV with Netflix and freeview, a DVD player and board games. French doors lead to the back garden.

The first floor has three bedrooms: a family room with a superking and a single bed (sea views), a kingsize room (sea view) and a twin room (garden view). There are two bathrooms, one with a copper bath and walk-in shower and the other with a shower over a corner whirlpool bath.

The second floor includes four more bedrooms: a family room with a superking and a single bed (sea view), a four-poster kingsize room (sea view) and two twin rooms (garden views). There is also a small bathroom with a bath, toilet and shower.

The south-facing garden is equipped with tables, chairs, an umbrella, a BBQ and deck chairs. The Mediterranean-style hot tub room, designed for year-round use, features a six-person tub, central heating and a washer/dryer. In summer, the double doors open to the garden, creating an open-air experience. We also provide beach items such as a cricket set, buckets and spades in a garden container.
