Woodpecker Barn - Sleeps 6-8

Woodpecker Barn offers two spacious downstairs bedrooms, each with a zip-and-link bed option, one featuring an en-suite bathroom and garden access and the other with a wet room. Upstairs, you'll find two more large bedrooms with four-poster beds, en-suite bathrooms and Juliette balconies. The welcoming living area includes a flat-screen TV, oak flooring, wood burner and comfortable sofas, with doors leading to a private, walled garden. The spacious kitchen features a range cooker, oak dining table and access to a courtyard. The barn includes ample parking and a secure garden with a built-in barbecue.

Kestrel Barn - Sleeps 6-10

Kestrel Barn features two large downstairs bedrooms with zip-and-link beds and en-suite wet rooms, while upstairs offers three spacious bedrooms: one with a super king four-poster bed, another with a super king sleigh bed and Juliette balcony and a third with a zip-and-link bed option; each has an en-suite. The open-plan living and dining area opens onto walled gardens, with a well-equipped kitchen and oak dining table. With exposed beams, Juliette balconies, flat-screen TVs in all rooms and a private secure garden with a built-in barbecue, Kestrel also includes ample parking.

Kingfisher Barn - Sleeps 6-10

Kingfisher, located to the right of the three barns, boasts a bright interior with lovely views over the lawn and farmland. Downstairs are two large bedrooms with zip-and-link beds and en-suite wet rooms, while upstairs offers three spacious bedrooms: a super king four-poster bed with en-suite, a super king sleigh bed with a balcony and en-suite and a zip-and-link bed with an en-suite. The open-plan living area features a log burner, double doors to the walled garden, a well-equipped kitchen and an oak dining table. With exposed beams, Juliette balconies, TVs in all bedrooms and a private garden with a built-in barbecue, Kingfisher also provides ample parking.

Manor Farm - Sleeps 10

Manor Farmhouse, located to the right of the pond and accessed via Piggyback Barns' right-hand drive, is a charming property with extensive gardens and picturesque views over the pond and farmland. This spacious farmhouse includes five double bedrooms, two staircases, a kitchen/breakfast room, pantry, utility area, formal dining room, living room with an open fire and large TV and a sun-filled conservatory with garden access. Upstairs, two double bedrooms with en-suite showers are found at the front, while three additional bedrooms, each with either en-suite facilities or a nearby bathroom, are accessed by a separate staircase. With quirky character, ample parking and private, mature gardens, Manor Farmhouse is both charming and inviting.

Onsite Facilities

Our function hall, located behind the barns, is an added amenity for guests, though please note it has a separate booking calendar, so availability is not guaranteed. The hall includes a mini gym, games like table football, pool, table tennis and air hockey and opens to a grass lawn accessible via a gravel courtyard. Inside, there’s a catering kitchen, drinks fridge, five large oak tables and 40 leather-look chairs, perfect for family and friends gathering at the barns. For larger groups, additional equipment can be arranged upon request.
