Norfolk Holiday Lodges offers a relaxing escape to the breathtaking Norfolk Broads. Situated by the water, each of our uniquely charming lodges offers the perfect setting to unwind and take in the beauty of the area. Choose from our 2 and 3 bedroom detached lodges, each boasting stunning views of the river or marina.

Every lodge comes with central heating, electricity and Wi-Fi included, along with a fully equipped kitchen featuring a fridge, freezer, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and, in some lodges, a washing machine (check individual lodge details for specifics). In your self-catering lodge, we provide bed linens, one hand and bath towel per guest, tea towels, a J-cloth, sponge, washing-up liquid, antibacterial surface spray, hand wash, dishwasher tablets and a starter supply of kitchen and toilet paper.

For anglers, each lodge includes a fishing bait fridge, plus quay-headed mooring for your own or a hired boat (local boat hire nearby, and exclusive access to our slipway). Enjoy your own private deck with a dining table, chairs and either a garden or a spacious terrace with outdoor seating.

Parking is available for 1 to 3 cars with additional parking at our marina car park upon request.

Ferry Lodge - Sleeps 7

Ferry Lodge offers a riverside retreat with stunning views and a timber interior, perfect for a relaxing waterside getaway. The spacious layout includes a king bedroom with an en-suite, a double bedroom and a third room with bunk beds (single over double), making it an ideal home-away-from-home.

Nature's Nook - Sleeps 4 + 1 child

Wildlife enthusiasts will enjoy the river views from here and breathtaking sunsets from this lodge. Double doors lead to a veranda with dining furniture and steps down to the water. Inside, there’s a double bedroom and a second room with a bunk bed (single over small double).

River View - Sleeps 4

River View is ideally located for fishing right at the end of the garden and enjoying the river's activity. The lodge features a comfortable king bedroom and a twin room, making it a perfect riverside retreat.

River Breeze - Sleeps 6

Our three-bedroom waterside lodge, perfect for family-friendly holidays in Norfolk, is tucked away in a quiet marina just off the main river and offers quay-headed mooring. The lodge includes two double bedrooms and a third room with two single beds, creating an ideal setting for a relaxing getaway.

River Retreat - Sleeps 6

River Retreat enjoys a prime spot at the entrance of our peaceful marina, complete with quay-headed moorings. This comfortable lodge features two double bedrooms and a twin room, making it a perfect choice for a tranquil waterside escape.

River Bay - Sleeps 4

River Bay provides an ideal setting for fishing from the garden, unwinding, watching boats drift by the marina and spotting local wildlife. The lodge includes a king bedroom with an en-suite (shower, toilet and hand basin) and a twin bedroom, also with an en-suite, offering a comfortable and peaceful retreat.

River Rest - Sleeps 4

River Rest, our two-bedroom lodge, sits perfectly at the front of the marina, offering a great spot for fishing from the garden and watching boats pass to and from the River Yare. It features a king bedroom with en-suite facilities, including a shower, toilet, hand basin and hairdryer, as well as a twin bedroom, making it an ideal waterside getaway.

Onsite enjoy the stunning waterside setting, ideal for river fishing, boating, paddleboarding, or kayaking as you explore "The Broads," or simply unwind and absorb the soothing sounds of nature. For a change of scene, the lively city of Norwich and the beloved seaside town of Great Yarmouth are just a short trip away by train or car. There is plenty to see and do in the area, including:
