It’s also conveniently located 2½ miles from Burnham Market and close to the famous beaches of Brancaster (2 miles) and Holkham (just under 7 miles).

The cottage boasts a spacious open-plan family kitchen, dining and sitting room, alongside a snug with a large smart flat-screen TV hardwired to Wi-Fi, including Netflix and NOW TV subscriptions, plus a DVD player. Additional spaces include a study and utility room. The British Standard by Plain English kitchen features a bespoke island seating six, a double butler’s sink with a Devol brass tap and spray, two dishwashers, a dual-fuel Rangemaster range cooker and a Fisher and Paykel fridge freezer with filtered water and ice.

The property sleeps up to eight adults and two children across five bedrooms: three king-size beds (two en-suite), a twin bedroom and a bunk room.
