The Waiting Room offers a fully converted Victorian space that retains many of its original features. Guests can relax on the platform under the canopy or enjoy the garden, which was once the grounds of The Old Great Eastern Railway. The view from this peaceful spot includes the refurbished Mark I First Class British Rail Carriage. Inside, The Waiting Room features a lounge-bedroom with a Victorian-style wrought iron double bed, a comfortable sofa and a TV. The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with an oak dining table, an electric hob and oven and a refrigerator. There is a shower room with a separate WC and linens, electricity and hot/cold air conditioning are included. A small lawned area and off-road parking space are available and a utility room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board adds convenience. Dogs are welcome in The Waiting Room and guests receive a welcome tray on arrival.
