Swallowdale Holiday Home is the ideal choice for Norfolk Broads fishing holidays. Located in the peaceful village of Brundall, the property offers everything needed for a perfect self-catering stay and is well-suited for both families and couples.

The lounge features a four-seater sofa and a reclining chair with a footstool. A large wall-mounted smart LED television includes FreeSat, catch-up services and YouTube. A DVD player is also available, along with a large selection of DVDs to suit all tastes.

The well-equipped kitchen provides everything from a pizza cutter to a Yorkshire pudding tin. It includes an electric double oven and grill, an induction hob, a selection of saucepans and frying pans, a toaster, steamer, air fryer and microwave oven. A dishwasher and fridge are located in the kitchen, while the freezer and washing machine are housed in the shed. Tea towels and an oven glove are provided. The kitchen also includes a dining table that can be extended, with four chairs. Extra chairs and a high chair are available on request.

The main bedroom has a king-size bed and fitted wardrobes with ample storage and hanging space. Inside the wardrobes are a safe, iron, ironing board, fan, clothes horse, different tog duvets for all beds, spare tea towels and a vacuum cleaner. A wall-mounted television offers FreeSat, catch-up, YouTube and a DVD player. A set of drawers with a hairdryer provides additional storage. A travel cot is available on request.

The twin bedroom includes two 2ft 6in single beds and a selection of duvets in various togs. There is a wardrobe with hanging space, a set of drawers and a fan stored at the bottom of the wardrobe.

The bathroom is fitted with a basin, toilet, and bath, with an electric shower above the bath, a wall-mounted handgrip rail and an anti-slip mat. A small storage cupboard is also provided, along with complimentary toiletries to get guests started.

The decking area is on two levels. The upper decking is enclosed with railings and a bolted gate, ensuring safety for children and dogs near the river’s edge. A lock is available for the gate if needed. Steps lead down to the lower decking, which is open to the river and ideal for fishing. Both levels have tables and chairs, while the lower decking includes sun loungers, a rotary washing line and a BBQ for guest use.

Although Swallowdale is a ground-floor property, it may not be suitable for people with disabilities or wheelchair users due to the steps leading to the lower decking. However, a ramp from the parking area to the upper decking is available.

Situated in Brundall, Swallowdale Holiday Home offers convenient access by car and train, with parking for two vehicles. Brundall Railway Station is just a ten-minute walk away, with regular train services to Norwich, Great Yarmouth, Lowestoft and other nearby towns and villages.
