Utopia Paradise Caravan Park sits beside a serene, willow-fringed lake in the Norfolk village of Lyng. This tranquil, adults-only touring park offers just 15 pitches, creating a peaceful and friendly atmosphere with several stunning lakeside spots available. The lake forms part of a county wildlife site and is managed for conservation rather than fishing, though guests are welcome to cast a line if they wish. With its willow-clad peninsulas and abundant birdlife, it provides a beautiful natural backdrop.

The park provides essential facilities, including male, female and unisex toilets, a chemical waste disposal point, water points for caravans and motorhomes, 16-amp electric and TV hook-ups and a motor caravan discharge point, though there is no dishwashing area and the shower, whilst currently open, may be subject to last-minute changes. Guests can purchase Flo Gas or Calor Gas on site and the park promotes a strong green ethos with clearly marked recycling facilities. Wi-Fi is available, pets are welcome if kept on leads. Please note that tents and children are not permitted on site.

Utopia Paradise Caravan Park is ideally located for exploring North Norfolk’s coastline and the Norfolk Broads. Nearby attractions include historic villages, steam railways, stately homes, Pensthorpe Waterfowl Park, garden centres and craft centres. The area is also well suited to a wide range of outdoor pursuits, from fishing to golf, with Barnham Broom and Wensum Valley golf clubs both within easy reach. Lyng is only 13 miles from the medieval cathedral city of Norwich, where visitors can enjoy museums such as Norwich Castle, cinemas, theatres, restaurants and excellent shopping, including two modern malls. The surrounding countryside is perfect for cycling, walking, birdwatching and painting, and numerous commercial fisheries cater to anglers of all levels.
