All of our cottages boast modern furnishings and lead straight onto the water's edge, providing convenient access to your own private landing stage and rowing boat. For larger vessels, a boat-hire yard is just a short walk away, granting you access to miles of peaceful rivers and broads.

Kingfisher Lure - Sleeps 4:

Sunset Haven - Sleeps 5:

This smart and modern cottage offers everything you need for a carefree break by the water. The practical kitchen and cozy lounge/dining room with a 50" Smart TV ensure your comfort. Retreat to the twin bedroom with river views or the single bedroom on the first floor, or escape to the solitude of the master bedroom on the second floor for even grander river views.

Swan Cottage - Sleeps 6:

Furnished in a neat and modern style, this delightful cottage boasts a spacious lounge/dining room with a 50" Smart TV overlooking the water. Upstairs, you'll find a double and twin room, while a twin room with ensuite awaits at the top of a spiral staircase.

Brightside - Sleeps 8:

With its spacious lounge featuring a 50" Smart TV and four bedrooms, including a ground-floor double room with ramped access, Brightside offers a slice of heaven for the whole family. An electric vehicle charging point is also available for added convenience (extra cost).

Waterside Retreat - Sleeps 11.
