We are set in an idyllic countryside location in North Yorkshire, boasting 6 acres of gardens, a wildflower meadow and grass paddocks. We are only 9 miles from Pickering and perfect for the ultimate rural retreat.

Our 3 wonderful cottages are spacious, excellently equipped and surrounded by gorgeous open farmland. All the cottages are based in a peaceful position at the end of a private no-through road, ensuring you enjoy a truly tranquil getaway.

Each cottage comes with a fabulous, private hot tub on enclosed decking, solid oak flooring, cosy log burners for the winter months, well-equipped kitchens, a flat-screen TV with satellite, a dining area and modern bathrooms. All the cottages benefit from a private and safe garden area, perfect for children and dogs to play in. Lots of outdoor seating can be found in the garden, by the fishing pond and on the front patio.

Meadows’ Edge: This charming cottage is great for a family or group looking for a special holiday. Sleeps 4 in 2 twin/super-king bedrooms with en suite shower rooms. Superb features include a large fireplace with a toasty wood-burning stove, solid oak floors and hand-crafted beams with antique country furniture. The outstanding open plan kitchen/dining/sitting area will suit all your needs.

Brock Cottage: Our stylish cottage is furnished to the highest standards, ideal for an unforgettable holiday in a scenic setting. Sleeps 4 in a double and twin/super-king room. Both rooms have en suite shower rooms and a wall-mounted LCD TV. The cream-painted country kitchen is great for home-cooked and the dining table seats 4. Unwind the inviting sitting room which has an LCD TV/DVD player.

Willows’ End: This fantastic cottage enjoys an authentic country feel with brilliant facilities. Sleeps 5 in 2 twin/super-king bedrooms which include spacious en suite shower rooms. There is also a single room and an additional bathroom comes with a shower over the bath. The cosy lounge has solid oak floors, elegant furnishings, feature beams, LCD TV and DVD player. The cream country kitchen includes a features Range master cooker and a dining table that seats 5.

We now offer onsite fishing included in the price of your stay. Our half-acre pond is home to carp, tench, perch, roach and a few surprises.
