Wraycroft Cottages in Reeth offers superb selfcatering accommodation. Based IN Swaledale in two acres of gardens our cottages are perfect for an idyllic getaway in the Yorkshire Dales.

We have 3 linked cottages available, all nestled in a tranquil setting. The property boasts fabulous views over the garden to the hills and there is a private riverbank with seating, offering a great spot for a coffee whilst savouring the setting.

The 3 stone terraced cottages were built by the owners and now offers lovely accommodation to suit all your needs. Living on the site we are here for help, a chat or to leave you in peace. Each cottage comes with a well-equipped kitchen for home cooking, including full-sized electric cookers, washing machines, microwaves, fridges and freezers. Unwind in the south-facing lounge that has Satellite TV, a DVD player and doors that open onto their own patio.

Upstairs in each cottage, there are two attractive rooms and a bathroom. The king rooms boast hill views, whilst the twin room enjoys views over the cobbles, with Fremington edge in the background.

Our unique site has two terraces the first of which is level with the cottages. There are plenty of seats on which to relax. The two acres of wildlife gardens come with ponds, a mini forest, river, shrubs, grass, birds, pond life, butterflies and mammals.

Reeth is a delightful area to explore, home to amazing scenery and glorious views. The area also has an abundance of scenic walking and cycling routes to enjoy. Brilliant attractions to visit include:

1. New Year’s Eve Organised fireworks on the Green

2. Swaledale Festival for two weeks beginning Spring bank holiday attracts artists from afar as well as local talent

3. Reeth Agricultural Show held on Bank Holiday Monday at the end of August

4. Bonfire and organised Fireworks near 5th November on the Green

5. Brass band concerts on some Sunday’s on the Green, often involving Reeth brass band

6. Friday outside market (vegs, meat, fish, cheeses, plants, etc)
