Bourne End House

Bourne End House is a grand former gentleman’s residence, this impressive detached holiday home provides an exceptional setting for family holidays and special celebrations. The property is perfectly designed for group stays, offering a private on-site pub complete with SKY TV, where guests can pull their own pints, enjoy games such as pool, darts and table football, or simply relax together. Outside, landscaped gardens feature a private hot tub, seating area, brick-built barbecue and a children’s play area. Inside, the house retains many original features, including parquet flooring, stained glass windows, high ceilings with ornate cornicing and generously sized rooms throughout.

Accommodation at Bourne End House is thoughtfully arranged across three floors. The ground floor includes a double bedroom with en suite wet room. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom, a triple bedroom, an additional double bedroom, a family bathroom, a separate WC and a shower room. The second floor offers further spacious accommodation with two double bedrooms, a quadruple bedroom, a double bedroom with an additional single bed and two family bathrooms, providing ample space and comfort for larger groups.

Lucasland Holiday Cottages

Lucasland Holiday Cottages is a distinctive complex of sympathetically restored barn conversions, accommodating up to 18 guests. Set within a private courtyard, the site features a hot tub, lawn and patio area, a brick-built barbecue and a shared laundry room with washing and drying facilities. The cottages retain charming original features such as beamed ceilings and chalk walls, while offering all the comforts of modern living. Guests can also enjoy their own private on-site pub with SKY TV, where they can pull their own pints, play pool or darts and spend quality time together. All cottages are let together, making the complex ideal for family gatherings and celebrations, with many guests travelling from overseas to reunite and holiday together. Each cottage features an open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area, two double bedrooms including one with an en suite, a twin bedroom and a family bathroom. One cottage also benefits from a ground-floor double bedroom with en suite wet room. The private pub area allows all guests to dine together using bar-style tables and the pool table can be converted into a large communal dining table for group meals.
