Ashfield House Apartment is a self catering holiday home, adjoining the owner’s country residence in Pateley Bridge, near Harrogate in North Yorkshire. The holiday apartment sleeps 2 people and is situated in two acres of beautiful gardens, creating a quiet and relaxing haven for guests to escape to.

The open-plan sitting room is equipped with all modern conveniences, including a TV, video player and a fitted kitchen featuring a Bosch cooker, integrated fridge, microwave and a dining area. The hall includes a compact walk-in wardrobe, while the shower room is maintained to a high standard. The double bedroom is well appointed and includes a second TV. Additional sleeping space is available in the sitting room with a comfortable, easy-to-convert sofa bed.

The property offers the warmth of central heating alongside a touch of old-world charm. Bed linen is provided and a cot is available for guests with young children. Unfortunately, pets are not permitted.

Pateley Bridge is a small market town with a long history which goes back to lead mining, textiles and quarrying times. It is situated on the Nidderdale Way. Today tourists are attracted to this unspoiled area of outstanding natural beauty. Bowls, sports centre, bird watching, golf, tennis are in easy reach. Harrogate with its interesting shops is not far away. Fountains Abbey, Newby Hall and Harewood House are all within easy reach. Lightwater Valley theme park and Ripon are only half an hour away and the Photographic Museum Bradford, Royal Armouries and Brewery Wharf in Leeds and historic York are easily accessible.
