We have 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments to choose from. All the apartments have modern furnishings including flat screen TVs, DVD players, Wii games consoles and designer kitchens. Internet access is also available on request. The bathrooms come complete with luxurious toiletries and a welcome pack is also supplied for all arrivals.

Each sea view Apartment has a grand balcony, where you can look out to Scarborough Castle and admire the stunning sea views.

Every apartment is allocated a free parking space in the secure car park. There is also a state of the art gym for the exclusive use of guests, as well as a rooftop sun terrace with breath taking views.

One bedroom apartments are positioned to have the afternoon and evening sun which you can enjoy from your balcony. Two bedroom apartments offer one king size bed and two single beds. They can be either sea view or non sea view. Three bedroom apartments can have either superior sea view, sea view or non sea view. They offer a king size bedroom, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom.

Penthouses are also available and enjoy beautiful views. The penthouses are surrounded by a huge panoramic balcony.

Ideal for families looking for fun, Scarborough offers a variety of activities. Right on the doorstep of The Sands you will find Peasholm Park, where you can enjoy the boating lake, play mini golf or putting and, throughout the summer, enjoy music concerts in the park pavilion and at the Open Air Theatre. Just a stone’s throw away is Scarborough Sea Life Centre with large tanks displaying marine life, underground viewing tunnel and hospital for rescued seals.
