Beak Hills Farm, located near Chop Gate and close to Middlesbrough, offers comfortable bed and breakfast accommodation on a working farm. Set in the tranquil surroundings of North Yorkshire, the property enjoys beautiful countryside views, providing a peaceful and relaxing retreat.

We have two guest bedrooms to choose from. The family room has 1 double and 2 single beds. We also have a smaller room with 1 double and 1 single bed. Both rooms share a bathroom with a shower, plus a separate toilet. All toiletries are provided. Both rooms are well-equipped and include a dressing table, chest of drawers and lots of wardrobe space. The rooms enjoy views down the small valley of Raisdale. We do not provide drink-making facilities in the room, but we are happy to make you coffee or tea.

In the morning, we offer a hearty full English breakfast to set you up for a day exploring. Breakfast is served between 6:am – 9:am. Evening meals are available for an additional cost.

We also have a campsite at a cost of £5 per night.

Our grounds include a large 1-acre lake that is stocked with Rainbow and Brown trout, with day and evening tickets available. We also offer clay pigeon shooting for small corporate groups for an additional cost.

We are based on the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors National Park, with lots of countryside walking routes to enjoy. In the village of Chop Gate, there is a pub, The Buck Inn, offering good pub food and ales. Only 10 miles from us is the market town of Stokelsey and Helmsley is 15 miles away.
