Our inn is full of charm, character and history and offers a range of excellent en suite rooms to choose from. There are 4 luxury and 4 standard, well furnished guest rooms. The rooms consist of 7 double rooms - 1 with a four-poster bed and 1 twin room, all with quality en suite facilities. All the rooms include a range of facilities: tea and coffee making facilities, TV, DAB radio and hanging space for clothes and belongings.

After a great night's sleep prepare yourself for the day ahead with a hearty Yorkshire breakfast. A range of cereals, fresh fruit, toast and preserves are served up with fresh fruit juice, tea and coffee. The Fauconberg's 'full English' is legendary and uses a mouth watering selection of fresh, locally sourced produce that'll make you wish you were staying an extra night.

Our pub also serves a delicious lunch and dinner menu which serves classic, country food using local produce.

Coxwold was voted the second best village in Britain on TV's The Property List a few years ago. It is an excellent base from which to explore the vast and varied landscape of the North Yorkshire Moors National Park. The nearby market towns of Thirsk, Easingwold and Helmsley offer many small boutique shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants and the historic city of York is only a short drive away, offering great shopping as well as a host of museums and visitor attractions. Alternatively, drive east and you can be on Yorkshire's Heritage coast as Scarborough, Whitby and Bridlington are under an hour away.
