New Close Cottage is a period property that offers self catering accommodation on a working farm. The holiday cottage is 0.4 miles on the Settle road out of Malham. The market town of Settle is only a 10 minute drive away. This is the perfect spot for days out in the beautiful Yorkshire Dales.

This renovated farm house can sleep 5 people. The first floor includes 2 double bedrooms and 1 single.

Downstairs is an open plan kitchen/diner which comes with an Aga style Range, fridge, microwave and dining table. The cosy living room has an open fire, TV, Wi-Fi, CD player and radio. There is a utility room which has the freezer and washing machine. Logs are available by prior arrangement for an extra £10.

Outside is a generous grassed area, together with a spacious glazed garden house equipped with table and chairs.

The area surrounding the holiday cottage has pretty villages such as Bolton Abbey and Grassington. Alternatively, if you enjoy walking or cycling then there are various footpaths including the Pennine Way and Malham Cove a stones throw away.

An hour's drive will take you to the Lake District with its unique scenery, or in another direction to the historic city of York with its wealth of tourist attractions.
