Our cosy ground level cottage has been superbly restored and is brimming with character: from uneven old walls and stripped pine Victorian doors, to old beams and window seats.

This property comes with a relaxing sitting room with two comfortable sofas with a matching footstool, antique Windsor chair, flat screen 42’’ high definition TV/Radio with Freeview and a DVD player. You can keep yourself warm and cosy in front of the electric fire in the stone fireplace. An oak dining table seats up to 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped to a high standard and has country style cream units, an electric fan oven with a grill, washing machine, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, cafetiere and wall heater.

Two single beds come with crisp cotton bed linen, duvets, small dressing table with stool and mirror, wardrobe, bedside table with a radio/alarm and upholstered chair. The en suite bathroom has a shower over the bath, wash basin, WC and heated towel rail.

All of the two acres of gardens, orchard and lawned areas are available to our guests. We also have a delightful summerhouse from where you can savour stunning views of the Cleveland Hills.
