Ground floor compromises: Large living room with comfortable sofa and 3 arm chairs, log burning stove, vinyl record player, board games, Bluetooth enabled speakers and books. The adjoining kitchen/diner has luxury appliances and everything you need to cook and serve 3 courses. The enclosed terrace has dining for 4, BBQ and chiminea (summer only). There is a separate laundry area with washer/dryer, iron and ironing board. There is a large luxury walk in shower room.

The first floor is reached by a narrow steep staircase in keeping with the age of the property. Unsuited to infirm or young children. Stair gates cannot be fitted.

Master Bedroom: King bed (can be reconfigured to give singles if requested. Dressing table, chair, wardrobe, bedside tables, USB sockets –ensuite jack and jill shower room.

Second bedroom: Double bed, bedside tables, work table and chair, wardrobe, USB sockets.

Descriptions of Artists’ Cottages Properties: All our beds and sofas are handcrafted to ensure optimum comfort. Artists’ House, Artists’ Place, Artists’ Corner and Artists’ Cottage are all in High Harrogate and in close proximity to each other. These properties all have GCH.

We personally meet and greet our guests. In our welcome packs we include organic products when possible, fresh ground coffee, Yorkshire Tea, biscuits, coffee pods and fresh milk. This summer we are including Treasure Trails around the Dales and local towns. We give out full addresses when a guest has booked.
