The Little Hide is an adult-only glamping site nestled in the charming village of Wigginton. We are close to the bustling city of York and great for a relaxing getaway.

Our scenic glamping site has an array of fabulous glamping accommodation to choose from, all perfect for a tranquil break in the country. You can choose from camping pods, a stylish cabin and a gorgeous Nomadic Yurt. All the accommodation is beautifully furnished and comes with a range of excellent facilities.

The Pods:

We have 8 wonderful pods available, all enjoying the same features apart from the posh pods. The standard pods all come with a zip and link bed, 2 seater sofa, coffee table, bed side table, bistro table and tasteful furnishings. Our posh pods also come with some added extras, such as an upgrades bed side table, upgraded coffee table and hot drink facilities.

The Cabin:

Our delightful cabin enjoys lovely views of the den and is perfect for a magical holiday in a scenic setting. Inside there is a double bed for a restful night’s sleep, comfy seating, bistro table and chairs, console table, lighting, scatter cushions and much more.

The Yurt:

This superb yurt is available all year round and well insulated, perfect for those chilly days. The yurt sleeps 3 adults in a fixed double bed and a small sofa bed.

Onsite we have a range of fantastic shared facilities, including two toilet and shower blocks, with disabled toilets and pay-to-use hair dryers. We also have the Willow Farm Café, offering some of Yorkshire’s best produce. You can relax by one of the 3 large ponds whilst spotting the odd kingfisher go by.

There is an abundance of scenic walks in the area to enjoy, plus lot of lovely cycling routes. Visit the historic city of York, home to wonderful museums, great attractions, quirky shops and brilliant restaurants. Superb attractions to visit include:

Jorvik Viking Centre.

Clifford's Tower.

Museum Gardens.
