Situated in the peaceful countryside, our family-run dairy and crop farm offers a charming escape surrounded by open fields, yet just a short walk to the local pub. We provide a small touring caravan site with stunning views and two cosy holiday homes available for hire. Located only 2.5 miles from Pickering, we’re also within easy reach of Whitby, York and Scarborough, making it the perfect base for exploring the area.

Our recently modernised site is based behind the farmhouse and boasts amazing countryside views, perfect for the ultimate rural retreat. In total, we have 11 hard stands and 5 grass pitches, all with electric hook up and water taps. Facilities include:

A new toilet and shower facility with two toilets.

Two showers each for men and women together with a family room.

Laundry room available.

The whole block has underfloor heating for your comfort.

There is a stoned access road with parking for one car alongside your caravan.

Dog walk area.

Pot wash area.

You can stay in one of our two holiday homes. Set in a tranquil setting, they enjoy glorious views across the wildlife pond and countryside. Each home sleeps 4 people and comes with a cooker, microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster in the kitchen. There is a shower, wash basin and WC. All services are provided including bed linen. Bedrooms consist of a double and a twin. The lounge has an open gas fire, TV and DVD player, offering a great place to unwind after a day sightseeing.

Every Monday and Friday evening you can savour delicious homemade pizzas from The Little Pizza Hut.

We are in an ideal location for exploring the area. A lovely pub is a short stroll away and we are only 2.5 miles from Pickering and a short drive to Whitby, York or Scarborough. Attractions to visit include:
