Bank Top Camping is a welcoming, family-run campsite and caravan park situated in spectacular countryside. From the site, guests can enjoy sweeping views across the beautiful Vale of Pickering, while its location makes an excellent base for exploring the very best of North Yorkshire. Set deep in peaceful rural surroundings and bordered by woodland, the park is surrounded by stunning natural scenery, creating a truly relaxing countryside escape.

We offer 30 grass pitches with electric hook ups and self-catering accommodation. All the pitches have EHU but we are happy to accommodate guests who don’t have one.

Onsite we have an amenities block, including under-floor heating, free showers and separate family and disabled facilities. A laundry room comes with a fridge and freezer, whilst a covered washing up area is also available. Onsite we also sell ice-cream, teas, coffees, honey and eggs.

You can enjoy a touch of luxury by choosing to stay in one of our beautifully renovated barns, offering 2 en suite bedrooms, a lounge/diner, a kitchen and toasty underfloor heating for those chilly days.

This part of the country has lots of footpaths and cycle routes to enjoy, offering the perfect way to take in the natural scenery. This city of York is under an hour’s drive away, whilst the coastal resorts of Whitby and Scarborough are a 40-minute drive away. Attractions to visit include:
