Flaxton Meadows offers touring pitches and luxury log cabins in Flaxton, based in a glorious countryside location. We are surrounded by rolling farmland and heathland and ideally placed for discovering all that North Yorkshire has to offer. The famous city of York is only 8 miles away.

We welcome touring caravans, motorhomes, campervans or trailer tents. The large hard standing pitches all have access to electric.

You can choose from a range of log cabins. The stylishly furnished lodges have been handcrafted to offer high-quality accommodation. Outside each lodge is a hot tub to soak your troubles away in.

Each of our cabins sleeps up to 4 adults and children, perfect for family or group holiday. The lodges have all been furnished using local suppliers and pet friendly lodges are available.

We have the Champers for Campers bar which offers refreshments, snacks and lovely views. Facilities onsite include a washroom with showers, toilets, shaving points, hair dryers and hand dryers. There is also a laundrette and nature trail.

We are adjacent to Strensall Common, a Site of Special Scientific Interest. The Ebor Way and The Yorkshire Wolds Way offer picturesque walking routes, and you can visit the historic city of York, home to cobbled streets, museums, restaurants and cafes. Places to visit include:

The Jorvik Centre.

York Castle Museum.

Easingwold Maize Maze.

York Railway Museum.
