Experience tranquility and rejuvenation during your stay at one of our two self-catering holiday cottages situated on our working livestock farm in the scenic Nidderdale area of outstanding natural beauty. Discover numerous footpaths nearby, including a route leading to a local pub offering delicious meals. Cyclists are warmly welcomed and there is an on-site cycle hire, repair services and guided tours for exploring the picturesque surroundings.

Barney's Cottage

Completed in 2016, this barn conversion sleeps 4 and features underfloor heating downstairs and radiators upstairs, all powered by a ground source heat pump and solar thermal hot water system. The front door opens into a spacious kitchen and dining area with a large feature window for natural light, equipped with an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. There's a separate triple-aspect lounge, a downstairs toilet with wash basin and upstairs, a master bedroom with a 6-foot super king-sized bed and en suite bathroom with a large shower, basin, toilet and heated towel rail. The second bedroom is a twin room with its own en suite shower, basin and toilet. Outside, guests can relax in a seating area with table and chairs, and there's parking for 2 cars provided.

Robbie's Retreat

Constructed in 2016 with the same heating and hot water system as Barney's Cottage, this property accommodates 2 guests and is conveniently single storey with a step up into the bedroom. The space features a dining table for 2, a comfortable sofa and a wall-mounted TV. Kitchen appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment, while a washing machine is available in a separate block. The master bedroom offers a 5-foot king-size bed and there's a shower room with basin and toilet. Outside, guests can relax in a seating area with table and chairs and parking is provided.

On arrival you will find a welcome pack of home baking, preserves and beverages.

We also have a campsite which accommodates 5 caravans and 10 tents and offers scenic views of Nidderdale. Exclusively for members of the Camping and Caravanning Club, it provides a picturesque setting for outdoor enthusiasts to enjoy.
