Sinnington Common Farm is a working family farm sprawled across 135 acres of land in North Yorkshire. The cosy cottages have been thoughtfully converted from original farm structures while preserving their authentic character, with many of the original buildings retained for farming purposes.

Penny's Place & Bruno's Lodge - Both Cottages Sleep 2: These charming cottages have been transformed to high standards from a set of loose boxes, maintaining their rustic charm. Bruno's Lodge has twin beds and Penny's Place has a double bed. The bedrooms are equipped with fitted wardrobes, clock/radio alarms, and en-suite bathrooms with baths, showers, and heated towel rails. Relax in the sitting room with a remote-controlled LCD TV, Freeview and built-in DVD player. The dining area, furnished in pine, complements the small, well-equipped kitchen complete with a microwave, fridge and full-sized cooker. Both cottages boast double glazing and central heating fueled by our biomass boiler, utilising our own coppice willow. Penny’s Place features a snug wood-burning stove. Each cottage has its own garden furniture and ample off-road parking.

The Chalet - Sleeps 4-6: Nestled in a slightly elevated position, our Norwegian Log cabin offers scenic views of open fields from the spacious open-plan kitchen, dining, and sitting room. The well-appointed kitchen includes a large fridge-freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. A bed settee in the sitting room, flat-screen LCD TV and DVD player cater to relaxation. The cabin houses a twin bedroom, a family bathroom with a shower and washer/dryer and a double bedroom with a TV and en-suite bathroom with a bath. French windows open onto a veranda equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture, leading to a patio with farm vistas.

Annie's Cottage - Sleeps 4: Tucked away in a secluded spot overlooking fields, Annie’s Cottage offers picturesque sunsets from its veranda. The central living space combines a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a spacious living area with sofas, TV, DVD player and a wood-burning stove. French doors lead to the veranda and grassed area. This cottage includes a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom, and a house bathroom with a bath and shower. The lodge is double glazed and features central heating powered by our biomass boiler. Outside, a large veranda with garden furniture and ample parking await.

Greystones - Sleeps 6: This detached bungalow boasts a large private garden adjacent to Sinnington Common Farm. Revel in the splendid countryside views from the double bedroom and its en-suite bathroom with a shower. The twin bedroom offers a spacious en-suite bathroom with access to the hallway. Enjoy a spacious lounge with a double bed-settee, TV, DVD player and a wood-burning stove, alongside a fully equipped dining kitchen with modern amenities. The bungalow features double glazing, gas central heating, a large garden with furniture, a barbecue and off-road parking.
