Easterside Farm Bed & Breakfast is situated in the picturesque village of Hawnby near Helmsley in the North York Moors National Park, North Yorkshire. The property offers five rooms in total, three of which are located within the main house, consisting of a double room, a twin room and a family room. The remaining two rooms, the Granary and the Carthouse, are self-contained units with their own front doors and patio areas. All rooms include tea, coffee and hot chocolate making facilities, electric central heating and a DAB radio alarm.

The dining room, originally part of a farmhouse dairy, retains its original oak beam and is furnished with oak tables and chairs. Guests can enjoy beautiful views from the window across to the heather-covered Easterside Hill. Breakfast is served between 8am and 8.45am and includes a traditional Yorkshire breakfast with local bacon and sausage, along with home-laid free-range eggs. Homemade jam, marmalade, granola and other cereals are also offered. Dinner is available on request and we specialise in gluten-free breakfasts and baking, with all other dietary requirements catered for when mentioned at the time of booking.

Guests are welcome to relax in the lounge, which features a log burner and an original oak beam. This spacious room is furnished with comfortable seating and includes a television with Freesat, a DVD player with a selection of DVDs, books, magazines and board games. A window seat provides an inviting place to enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

Outside there is a stone-walled and fenced lawned garden, providing a peaceful outdoor space to relax. Much of the well-maintained lawn is furnished with tables where guests can sit and enjoy the surrounding scenery. There is also ample parking available near the house in the yard, offering convenient access throughout your stay.
