The Arches - Sleeps 4

The Arches offers comfortable, well-maintained accommodation furnished to a high standard. Designed with convenience in mind, both the Arches and the Stables are self-catering cottages, all on ground floor level with easy access. The Arches sleeps four and features an entrance hall, a spacious sitting/dining room with patio doors, an open fire (and an optional electric fire) and a well-equipped kitchen. The two bedrooms include a double with an en-suite shower room, WC and wash hand basin, as well as a twin room. A separate bathroom provides a bath, shower, shaver points, wash hand basin and WC. Guests can enjoy modern conveniences such as WiFi, a widescreen TV with Freeview and a DVD/Video player. The cottage also offers ample private parking, secure bike storage, garden furniture, a tumble dryer and an immersion water heater, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The Stables - Sleeps 6

The Stables combines original charm with modern comforts, featuring high kitchen ceilings, exposed wood beams and attractive stonework. Furnished to an exceptional standard, it includes quality furniture, WiFi, a widescreen TV with Freeview, a DVD/Video player and a well-equipped kitchen. Sleeping up to six guests, the accommodation consists of a sitting room with a wood-burning stove leading into a beautiful wood-framed conservatory, a dining room with exposed stone walls and beams, a utility room, and three bedrooms: one double, one twin, and one single with an additional hideaway bed. There is a bathroom with a bath, shower, shaver points, wash hand basin and WC, as well as a separate shower room. Outside, guests can enjoy ample private parking, secure bike storage and a private lawn with garden furniture. A tumble dryer and an immersion water heater are also provided. With all rooms on the ground floor, the cottage offers easy access for those with mobility concerns, making it a delightful and accessible retreat for a self-catering holiday in North Yorkshire.
