This comfortable bungalow provides all accommodation on the ground floor and can host up to five adults, making it an ideal choice for couples, families, or small groups looking to unwind in a scenic rural setting.

The cottage includes a living and dining room with an open fire, initial fuel provided and is centrally heated by an LPG boiler with adjustable controls for your comfort. The accommodation features a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a single bedroom, along with a bathroom that includes a shower over the bath and toilet. The fully equipped kitchen offers a microwave, washing machine, fridge freezer and dishwasher, and the living area includes a 50" FreeSat Smart TV with access to iPlayer, Prime Video and Netflix. Free fibre Wi-Fi is available with unlimited use.

Outside, guests can relax in the private garden, complete with outdoor furniture and a summer house perfectly positioned to enjoy sunsets. Free parking is available on the driveway for two vehicles. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with a welcome pack that includes tea, coffee, milk, sugar, biscuits and useful local information and emergency contact numbers.

Woodpeckers Cottage is located just three miles from the coast and seven miles from Robin Hood’s Bay and Scarborough, where you’ll find sandy beaches, attractions, shops and a popular theatre. Whitby is only ten miles to the north and offers a rich maritime history, a bustling harbour, an excellent beach and a variety of dining options. The North York Moors Steam Railway is also well worth a visit, running between Whitby and Pickering, with highlights including Grosmont, home to the main engine sheds and plenty to explore.
