We are 23 wonderful holiday homes to choose from, all ideal for a memorable getaway in a great location. You can choose from a range of traditional farm cottages, plus a variety of newly developed stone-built holiday units and a timber lodge.

Our cottages and lodge are nestled within a private complex, with children able to have lots of fun on the shared swings, slides and climbing frames. The properties are nested a short stroll from the stunning sandy beach at Low Newton by the Sea. Our houses sleep between 4 – 8 people and come with cosy living areas with a TV, well-equipped kitchens for home-cooking, lovely bedrooms and modern bathrooms. Outside there is garden furniture for al fresco dining in the afternoon sun.

We also have a variety of New England-style lodges, all finished to the highest standard. The 2-bedroom lodges are also based in a fantastic position, tucked away behind the sandy dunes of Beadnell Bay. The lodges come with a large open plan living/kitchen/dining area and an outdoor decking area.

We are in a brilliant location for discovering all that the area has to offer. Only a 30-minute drive away are the castles at Bamburgh, Dunstanburgh, Warkworth, Lindisfarne and Alnwick. You can visit Cragside House at Rothbury or Lindisfarne Priory. The area is also great for surfing & kite surfing, kayaking, windsurfing, snorkeling and skuba diving.
