Appletree Cottage offers superb self catering accommodation in the charming village of Ovington. Our cottage overlooks its own walled garden in this beautiful part of Northumberland.

You can unwind in the elegant sitting room which comes with a TV and overlooks the pretty garden. A spacious kitchen comes with a breakfast/dining table and a range of appliances: Fridge, freezer, hair dryer, ironing facilities and microwave.

We have two bedrooms available: a double and a twin room. All bed linen is provided and a cot is available.

Ovington is a great base for visiting a range of towns and attractions in the local area. We are only 12 miles from Newcastle upon Tyne and 23 miles from the famous city of Durham. A variety of great attractions are worth visiting in the local area while staying with us:
