Boatman's Cottage boasts a breathtaking location with views over Newton Bay, just a short stroll along the beach from Dunstanburgh Castle and Embleton Bay. The cottage sleeps up to six people and offers comfortable self-catering accommodation with a range of impressive features.

The open-plan living area includes a lounge with a wood-burning stove, flat-screen television and a large picture window offering stunning sea views. Alongside this is a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with high-quality appliances such as a fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher.

The master bedroom is spacious, featuring an en-suite shower room and a private, south-facing balcony. There is also a twin second bedroom, a third bedroom with bunk beds, a family bathroom and an additional separate wet room with a shower, sink and WC.

The cottage benefits from full central heating, including underfloor heating in the bathroom and shower room and free Wi-Fi, so guests need only bring their own laptop.

Outside, there is a south-facing rear garden with a patio and barbecue area, as well as parking for two cars. For the comfort of all guests, smoking and pets are not allowed.
