We can cater for both traditional 'Wedding Breakfast' options or fine carvery buffet options - a more affordable option allowing you to cater for a higher capacity guest list. We can also give smaller wedding parties the option of a 'pre-ordered' wedding breakfast; upon each guest can decide on their choice of meal.

All are welcome at Rocky's Bar, at Clennell Hall Country House. Sitting by the log fire, this warm and fun atmosphere is the perfect place to sit and relax after a hard day at work, or to meet friends and family for a fun night. Our bar menu is served all day from 12 noon – 8.30pm. Various specials are served daily.

The town of Alnwick, 20 miles east of Clennell towards the coast has become recently famous for hosting stars of Harry Potter at the grand Alnwick Castle, together with the famous Alnwick Gardens, and Tree House. Further North East is the village of Seahouses, with daily trips to the Farne Islands to see the Puffin Birds and Lighthouse. On the coast also stands Bamburgh Castle. Nestled in the Cheviot Hills, Clennell Hall Country House is the ideal base for exploring this natural countryside. There are lots of walks (short and long), steep or steady going, with maps available from our reception. National Cycle Network Route 68, the Pennine Cycleway, runs from Derby to Berwick upon Tweed, passing by Clennell Hall. We are currently building facilities, including a secure bike store and small repair centre, making Clennell Hall the ideal stop off point.
