Rose and Sweet Briar Holiday Cottages offer self catering holiday accommodation in the quiet Hamlet of Kersall, near Newark on Trent in Nottinghamshire. These holiday cottages are single storey cottages set in 1½ acre of private gounds next to Hill Farm (no longer a working farm) in a quiet location with beautiful views, a large garden and safe off road parking.

Rose Cottage: This cottage is single storey and perfect for two people. The lounge has a TV and DVD player and there is an electric log effect fire in the original Victorian fireplace. The bedroom has twin beds and overlooks the garden. The full equipped kitchen includes an electric cooker, washer/dryer, under counter fridge/freezer and microwave.

Sweet Briar: This single storey cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms. There is a double bedroom and a twin room. The sitting room offers a country cottage feel to it and there is a TV and DVD player. Again, there is an electric log effect fire within the brick fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you might need includes an electric cooker, washer/dryer, under counter fridge/freezer and microwave. It also a dining table and four chairs.

Bed linen and towels are included in the prices quoted for the cottages on our website.

We are open all year. Short breaks are available. Minimum 2 night stay.

We are ideally situated for visiting, Newark on Trent, Southwell, Edwinstowe, Sherwood Forest, Lincoln and Nottingham.

Sorry but we do not take pets. WiFi is available but intermittent due to our rural location.
