Aintree - Sleeps 6

Aintree includes a master bedroom with a king-size four-poster bed and en-suite bathroom, plus two twin rooms sharing a second bathroom. The drawing room, with décor by Jocasta Innes, features an open fire, garden views and French windows leading to a terrace. A children’s den under the stairs comes with toys and dressing-up clothes. The kitchen/dining area includes a large table, US-style fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer, with access to a west-facing arbour. Outside, a terrace overlooks the walled garden and is furnished with seating, an umbrella and a barbecue.

Bookers - Sleeps 6

The house includes a master bedroom with a king-size four-poster bed and en-suite, two twin rooms with a shared bathroom and a cosy drawing room with an open fire and garden views. The kitchen/dining room opens onto a terrace and garden and is equipped with a fridge freezer, Belfast sink, hob, oven, dishwasher and microwave. A utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and outdoor storage sits by the back door, leading to the office and bike shed. There’s also a downstairs loo. Outside, a large garden features a pergola-covered terrace, barbecue, lawn, apple trees and a shared children’s play area with swings and a seesaw.

Cheltenham is a characterful two-floor apartment accessed via a spiral staircase from the courtyard.
