Oak Cottage was once a Victorian coach house and is now a self catering cottage that is within a walled garden in the heart of Wallingford, Oxfordshire. The holiday cottage has lots of original features including oak beams and leaded light windows. This is the ideal place to stay if you want to explore the beautiful Cotswolds and Stratford-upon-Avon.
Inside the self catering cottage there is a spacious living room which has an open fire, TV, DVD player, CD player and Wi-Fi. The open plan kitchen/diner includes an oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and microwave. There is also a utility area where you will find a washing machine and tumble dryer together with the downstairs toilet.
There are two bedrooms - one double with king size bed and an optional folding bed and one double or twin on request.
Outside the holiday cottage is an enclosed garden which has a patio area.

The River Thames for scenic strolls, cinema/theatre, pubs, restaurants and Waitrose are all within 500 yards walk. Oxford, Henley, Reading and Newbury are 15-30 minutesí drive away.
There are many attractions local to the cottage including Wallingford Museum, Pendon Museum, Cholsey & Wallingford Railway and Island Farm Donkey Sanctuary.
