Whether you stride or stroll off to the headland, skip down the path to the harbour or simply enjoy the garden, you will find this charming cottage ideally situated with its superb views of the sea and islands lying off the coast of Pembrokeshire's National Park, and very close to its renowned Coastal Path. Tastefully furnished with antiques and colourful fabrics, it is well planned and offers everything for a relaxing trouble-free holiday.

The south-facing patio is bathed in sunshine, a place to share your breakfast with the robin and blackbird, where the midday sun filters through the eucalyptus and (if you are lucky) a candlelit dinner is often possible. The large, lawned garden is so enticing that some hardly venture further afield, however, the coastal path is a minute away, as is the path down to the harbour with safe swimming, sand and rock- pools at low-tide and 'crabbing', sailing and fishing at high-tide. The bustling village of Lower Solva has lots to offer - restaurants, pubs, shops, galleries.

There are three bedrooms that sleep 5: double room, twin room and a single room. Beds are made up ready for guests’ arrival. We have a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area that seats 8 people. Upstairs there is a family bathroom with toilet, bath and shower. Downstairs there is a toilet. We have a wood-burning stove in the lounge. Bed linen is provided but please bring bathroom towels and kitchen cloths.

Solva is a tiny unspoilt village grown around a tidal inlet in the Pembrokeshire National Park. The lower part is bustling with, restaurants, pubs, shops, galleries and the upper part has a pub, general store, post office and church. The harbour offers safe bathing, rock pools, fishing trips and sailing tuition, where children spend hours fishing for crabs. A short drive away is the cathedral and city of St. David’s hosting religious & cultural events. An excellent Adventure Centre caters for all levels, (nearby is a world-famous white-water canoe playground). In St. David's you can book boat trips very fast & exciting or slow and leisurely to observe seals, dolphins, puffins, gannets and shearwaters.
