Y Bwthyn is situated next to Felin Isaf, the historic Bishop’s cornmill. This exquisitely refurbished medieval barn is located downstream from St. Davids Cathedral, the revered church of the Patron Saint of Wales and is just half a mile from the sea. Tucked away in its own picturesque and untamed valley, Y Bwthyn provides a secluded haven for the adventurous. Located a 10-minute walk along a bridle track from the heart of St. Davids, Wales’ smallest city, the cottage offers proximity to a charming selection of shops, pubs, restaurants and bistros renowned for local delicacies like lamb, Welsh Black beef and fresh seafood.

The cottage, designed for two guests, features a bedroom with a king-size double bed that can convert into twin beds, along with a travel cot available for infants. Amenities include a bathroom with a shower/bath combination, an open-plan sitting room with a wood-burning stove, central heating, a washing machine, TV and DVD player. A well-equipped kitchen and dining area open onto a private patio with a BBQ, while a bookshelf stocked with local maps, guides and cultural references enriches the stay with insights into both ancient and contemporary Welsh life.
