Annfield House is located within Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park, it serves as an excellent starting point for exploring the region's stunning lochs, hills, rivers and glens. For enthusiasts of walking, trail-running, and cycling, Annfield offers numerous exciting routes. Popular options include a walk to the renowned Bracklin Falls or a more demanding hike or mountain bike ascent to the summits of Ben Gullipen or Ben Ledi.

This Victorian property is spacious and great for families or groups. The accommodation is finished to the highest standards and comes with a range of excellent facilities.

Inside this magnificent property is a fully fitted kitchen for rustling up some delicious dishes and a toasty wood burner for the winter months. You can unwind in the two elegant living rooms and enjoy some delicious food in the dining room. Outside there is a seating area and BBQ for al fresco dining over a few glasses of wine. In total, there are 5 fabulous bedrooms, all with ultra-comfy beds. All the rooms include en suite bathrooms and a TV.

We are only a short walk from the shops and places to eat in the town. There are lots of places to walk close to the house; you can walk through the meadows which takes you to the River Leny. If you want something a little harder than you can walk to the top of the Callander Crags or to the Bracklin Waterfalls which is a local beauty spot. Alternatively, you can explore the area by bike as there are miles of cycle routes surrounding the guest house and you can also hire bikes nearby. The location is also great for fishing and for golfing; the Callander PGA golf course is just a 10 minute walk away. We are ideal for wild swimming in the local lochs & we are great for walkers & hill walking to explore the area.
