Inside, the property offers three spacious ensuite double bedrooms, generous living areas and all the comforts expected from a luxury stay. Upstairs, both the lounge and master bedroom feature a full-height glazed gable that frames spectacular views across Perthshire’s rolling hills, making every sunrise and sunset feel extra special. Outside, the landscaped gardens provide a safe and tranquil space to relax, play or gather together, whether you’re watching wildlife, reading a book or dining outdoors. Guests can also enjoy a private hot tub and sauna, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring or simply soaking up the calm surroundings.

Whisky Howf

Designed with a distinctive squint roof, gently bulging walls and a traditional Scottish oak cruck frame, this handcrafted retreat blends beautifully into its natural surroundings. Built in a timeless style using stone, wood and slate, the structure reflects traditional methods and features a striking cruck frame supporting the roof. The setting offers stunning views across the lochan, surrounded by wildlife and farm animals, creating a true off-grid escape. Inside, you’ll find a rustic, handcrafted king-size oak bed in a quirky cruck-style design, a wood-burning stove with a large glass door for watching the flames and a kitchen area equipped with a double gas hob and oven, fridge, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, all set around bespoke handmade worktops. The en-suite facilities include a compost toilet, shower and wash hand basin, while a roll-top slipper bath sits in a cosy nook beside the bed. Outside, a fire pit and barbecue provide the perfect spot for evenings under the open sky.
