Kirklandbank offers outstanding self catering accommodation on Alyth Hill. Our charming farmhouse is in a scenic location and enjoys breathtaking countryside views. We are close to Blairgowrie in Perthshire and perfect for families or groups looking for a peaceful holiday.

The farmhouse is spacious, light, tastefully furnished and comes with everything you would expect from high-quality accommodation. In total, we have 5 elegant bedrooms available. Bedroom 1 has a double en suite bathroom and has flat access for people with disabilities, plus handrails in the bathrooms. The upper east wing has a twin/super king en suite room and a double en suite room. Additionally, a twin/super-king and a double room are on the upper west wing floor and share a shower room.

The roomy farmhouse kitchen is well-equipped and perfect for cooking up a storm. Appliances include a range cooker with a double oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. The dining table seats 10 and is great for savouring some home-cooked meals around with friends or family. A wood burner will keep you warm in the chillier months and there is also a TV. French doors open onto a delightful patio area.

A cosy sitting room is a great spot for unwinding in after a day sightseeing and includes a TV, DVD player, board, games, Wii and wood burner. The windows take advantage of lovely south and east-facing views.

The property benefits from front and back gardens and we also have a games barn with table tennis and a dartboard, BBQ and access to a wildlife pond.

We are just 1 mile from the centre of Alyth where there are shops, pubs and restaurants. You can enjoy a scenic walk on The Cateran Trail which is only 100m from the farmhouse. Play a round on one of the 3 golf courses nearby and 40 minutes away is Glenshee Ski Centre. Great attractions to see include:
