The extraordinary gardens feature a remarkable collection of rare and unusual plants, offering excellent views over the Tay Valley. The ornamental garden dates back to the mid-18th century, with significant enhancements made in the 1970s by J. Douglas Hutchison. The stream garden, designed by Ian Lawrie in 1928, was restored and replanted between 1983 and 1985. For special occasions, the beautiful gardens and private tennis court enhance the experience.

History

Dating back to the 17th and 18th centuries, Bolfracks House was once owned by the Menzies family and later became part of the Taymouth Castle Estate. In 2020, Davide Fregonese and Ivana Todoric acquired the estate, preserving its historic charm while adding modern amenities.
