Just two miles from the vibrant heart of Perth, these coach houses provide the perfect blend of rural tranquillity and easy access to the city’s many amenities.

Coach House 4 and 5 are identical in design - bright, spacious and luxurious properties that are perfect for families. They have been thoughtfully created with accessibility in mind, making them especially suitable for elderly guests and those with limited mobility.

Most of the living areas are set on one level, with just three steps leading down to a large lounge. This inviting space features a stone fireplace with an electric fire and French doors that open onto a private, enclosed sun terrace. Each property includes a generously sized, fully fitted kitchen with lowered worktops and appliances for ease of use, as well as an adjoining utility room.

Each coach house has three bathrooms, all equipped with showers, offering convenience for families or larger groups. On the lower level, there is a twin bedroom alongside a bathroom with a corner bath and a separate shower. Upstairs, you'll find a second twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room, as well as a double bedroom with an accessible en-suite that includes a walk-in shower, raised toilet and sink.

The properties come fully equipped with a hob, integrated oven/grill and microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, washing machine, tumble dryer, CD/radio player, a 32” flat-screen TV in the kitchen and a 40” TV in the lounge with Freesat channels. A hairdryer are also provided. Linen and towels are included for your stay. Families with young children are welcome, and high chairs and travel cots can be provided for a small supplement of £10.

Each coach house has Satellite Starlink internet service and features gas central heating and electricity, both included in the rental. Guests can relax on the private sun terrace and make use of allocated parking for two cars in the courtyard.
